When I try to login the page says: Either your user name or password is not correct. Please try again!!
Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you forgot your user name or password, please contact your child's school.
When I try to login the page says: Your user account has been disabled!
Your user account has been disabled by a Campus Administrator. Please contact your child's school to request reactivation.
Please note that an unsuccessful login attempt will also give you information about your browser, IP address and that the attempt has been logged.
This is part of system security to prevent and document unauthorized access attempts.

First time users, to establish a Parent Portal account, an activation key is required. Contact your child's school for instructions on how to obtain an activation key if you don't have one. Click on the link below to obtain contact information for your child's school.
If you cannot complete the Parent Portal Account Activation Request in person, the form can be downloaded from the GPA website and completed with a notarized signature. The form can be found at this link: http://www.djj.state.ga.us/GPA/PDF/AccountActivationRequestForm.pdf
If you forget your login or password, you will need to return to the school with a state issued picture I.D. and fill out a password reset form. Please make sure you include your email address. Your new temporary password will be emailed to you.
